The problem

Dock levellers in logistics are exposed to extreme loads. The entire goods traffic, which is otherwise distributed throughout the entire hall, converges here. Added to this are extreme temperature differences between inside and outside and the fact that different materials meet, in most cases steel and concrete. Vibrations caused by driving over them and impacts caused by approaching trucks do the rest.

Steel rails on joint constructions or around scales that cannot be removed because of their size cause similar problems. This leads to increased breakouts at the transition, resulting in wear on lift trucks, longer loading times and costs for falling goods.
